Privacy Settings in Ubuntu 12.04 Gets New Application Usage Dialog

The Privacy Manager in Ubuntu 12.04 finally receives new dialog to show the Application usage in a clean and efficient manner. Previously mockups are now implemented code which have landed in Precise.
