SCO ruling gives a lift to Linux

ALTHOUGH observation of the legal niceties means the epic SCO lawsuit against IBM, Novell and Linux is not yet over, the outcome was clear enough from SCO’s flatlining share price last week, after a US court found it did not own the key Unix copyrights upon which its litigation rests.
