EMBRACE FAILURE

Let me start by saying that scared developers won’t:

* try things out

* won’t innovate as fast as your business would need to

* won’t dare to jump in and fix things when (pardon my French) shit hits the fan

* won’t do more than ask for

* and won’t stay long in the job
