AMD and RealNetworks have signed on as sponsors of the upcoming Desktop Summit to be held in San Diego, Calif., February 9-11. This year’s Summit has added a pair of half-day sessions devoted to the OpenOffice and Mozilla open source software projects.
Michael Robertson, CEO of event organizer Linspire, CEO of SIPphone.com, and founder and “mastermind” of MP3.com, will lead off with the welcoming keynote, titled “From Radical to Practical.”
