Clutter 1.0 Arrives

The Moblin project has achieved the first stable release of an innovative 3D graphics library. The arrival of Clutter 1.0 means application developers can now add Moblin’s appealing graphics technology to new and existing apps in confidence that the APIs will not change prior to the next major version number (i.e., the arrival of Clutter 2.0).

Clutter 1.0 aims to help application developers exploit graphical acceleration hardware in modern graphics processors without having to deal with low-level OpenGL and OpenGL ES APIs.
