Intrinsyc announced that it is
introducing a new networking technology that reliably links Linux- based devices
to Windows enterprise systems. Building on the success of Intrinsyc’s
deviceCOM for Windows CE and NT, Intrinsyc’s new deviceCOM for Linux
enables customers to use Windows at the enterprise level, while taking advantage
of the benefits offered by Linux for embedded devices. This new software
solution, and an accompanying vertical market application, will be demonstrated at
the upcoming Embedded Systems Conference in San Jose, CA., from September
26th to 28th, 2000 (booth No. 1808). The
press release is at AllLinuxDevices.
