NZheretic writes “Linux rates another mention in Fortune: Deep Blue says: “How does MS compete with an army of Penguins? ‘A new report by IDC Financial Services says leading edge capital market companies are turning to Linux for mission-critical applications as well as fundamental apps, like basic infrastructure, e-mail and printer servers.’ And you know that financial companies are always the ice breakers when it comes to technology–they get the best, first.” (Just a little mention toward the end of the column, but a nice one.)
