A Reuters item at MSNBC informs us that India’s lawmakers are fed up with the constant ringing of cellphones in Parliament. They’re so fed up that political leaders have ordered cellphone jamming devices installed to thwart motor-mouth lawmakers who refuse to turn off their noisy devices.
