Anonymous Reader writes: “A couple of St. Louis lawyers have filed what they hope will be a class-action lawsuit against Intel, Gateway, and H-P. The lawsuit, as described in Linux and Main, alleges that the companies misled consumers through claims that the Pentium 4 is better than the Pentium III or AMD Athlon.”
