International Free Software Forum, called for papers on February 5. Proposals due on March 7.

Past events gathered around 4,000 people, and had 236 talks given
by Free/Libre and Open Source Software developers and advocates. Past speakers
include HP’s Bdale Garbee, Ximian’s Miguel de Icaza, Linux International’s Jon
‘maddog’ Hall, MySQL’s David Axmark, FSF’s Richard Stallman and Timoty Ney,
LTSP’s Jim McQuillan, just to mention the most prominent ones.
The 4th edition (2003) had participants from Brazil, Germany, Argentina,
Spain, USA, France, Netherlands, Paraguay, Peru, Russia, Uruguay, Costa Rica,
Mexico and Sweden. More countries are expected this year.”
