‘Intro To Haiku’ at LinuxWorld San Francisco

Now in its seventh year of pursuing the cloning of the Be Operating System, Haiku project leader Michael Phipps is scheduled to introduce the Haiku operating system at a bird of the feather meeting during the LinuxWorld conference on August 8th. According to the conference program, “this presentation will be about the state of Haiku, including describing what Haiku is, what makes it different from other Open Source projects and why start a 7 year journey to write an operating system from scratch.”
