Introduced in June, 2002, the SL-A200 is claimed to be the world’s smallest and lightest PDA among QVGA color LCD-equipped handhelds (as of June 2002). The device is based on a 200 MHz Intel PXA210 XScale processor equipped with 64 MB SDRAM memory, and offers USB, IrDA, and audio I/O, plus an SD card expansion slot.”
