Mandriva Linux Community: More than 10 Years But Things Have to Be Said

Last year we celebrated 10 years of Mandriva. Even if things do not go as fast as we would expect we are very proud of this community. But for sure we did not speak enough about people and achievements. Better late than never. Mandriva community is an experienced community but as all group of people it needs to be organized so that everybody can participate in good conditions.

First step was Mandriva Assembly creation at the end of 2008. Now Mandriva community comes with 2 important references:

• Code of Conduct: this will be the only reference for all, both employees and contributers
• Manifesto: this is a reminder about all principles followed by this community
