PCWorld.com reports that Microsoft won no small victory when the US Supreme Court decided not to
hear a speeded-up appeal of the company’s court-ordered breakup. The case
was sent instead to the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia,
effectively delaying a final decision in the case for as long as two years.
