The C# bindings work with the Mono compiler, runtime environment and class libraries, enabling a fully Open Source implementation of C# for Qt. The Python bindings are the first released for KDE 2 or KDE 3 (though bindings for Qt 2 and Qt 3 have been available for some time).”
