New major version of OpenSER, the open source SIP server, was released.
The version 1.3.0 brings a set of new modules: ldap and berkeley connectivity, config benchmarking, carrier routing, SIMPLE extensions for Presence and XCAP. In addition, it has many enhancements to NAT traversal scalability, stateful processing and config file flexibility.
