MozillaQuest Magazine’s (mozillaquest.com) Mike Angelo discusses SCO-Caldera’s, code show-and-tell event and lots of other SCO IP related stuff with Aberdeen Group analyst Bill Claybrook, a former Unix developer. After SCO Sr. VP Chris Sontag showed SCO’s alleged evidence to Bill Claybrook, he was unable to form an opinion that Linux was derived from Unix or that there is SCO-owned Unix code in the kernel.org Linux kernel or the GNU/Linux operating system. SCO-Caldera has failed to produce evidence that Linux was derived from Unix. SCO has failed to produce evidence of SCO-owned Unix code in either the kernel.org Linux kernel or the GNU/Linux operating system (OS). Some provisos are discussed in this article.
