Should SELinux be the sole security framework for Linux?
While most security specialists would agree SELinux provides a solid framework for securing Linux, proponents are arguing that this framework should be used for the open-source operating system kernel. In fact, it would eliminate the need for the more open-ended Linux Security Module. And this idea has raised the ire of Linux keeper Linus Torvalds.
