Slow courts may be good for Napster

MSNBC reports that over two months have passed since U.S. Ninth Circuit Court judges heard oral arguments in the recording industry’s lawsuit against Napster. Some Ninth Circuit regulars say the delay may spell disaster for the plaintiffs.
