Will Be’s Microsoft suit bring justice for all?

NewsFactor Network writes “Be Inc. has filed suit against Microsoft, alleging that the software giant effectively prohibited the sale of PCs with multiple preinstalled operating systems, including Be’s BeOS. Had BeOS been preinstalled on various PCs from different OEMs, the company’s fate likely would have been very different. Let’s hope that Be’s lawsuit brings to light any and all new anticompetitive business practices that Microsoft may have exploited to extend its illegal monopoly.”
