Well, when I installed the new Ubuntu 10.04, I said that if there were any bugs, I would report them and therefore help with the development of the OS.
When I tried to open the computer, and enter the internet, the applets on the panel were all shaky and didn’t work. I was only able to get online by going through the Gnome desktop website where you chose backgrounds. From there I found Launchpad and reported the bug. Hopefully, they will fix it.
But at least on my part, I hope that this will help in making a really good OS, even better. In spite the inconvenience, it felt really nice to be able to experiment and try to find a solution. Will let you know if the problem is fixed.
I believe that it is important that we not only look after our own needs, but those around us.. even if we can’t see them. Especially now.
