SCO lose the trial confirming that the Unix copyrights belong to Novell. First SCO demand IBM for an alleged introduction of code (propierty of SCO) into the Linux Software in 2003.
Most part of the trial SCO was quite elusive when it comes to show what parts of code was used on Linux. At the end of March 2010 the court say the copyrights belong to Novell, but SCO appeal the decision with not so good results.
At the end, SCO lose the trial and value on the Stock Market. Sorry for you boys but don’t mess with Linux.
